「We changed hotels to The Fox on the last night of our trip so that we could experience the grotto in winter. We had a wonderful check-in experience and were wowed by the heated parking garage! Our room was a little bit underwhelming but it was very clean and in good condition. The Chili’s on site is super fun and surprisingly has great AM coffee! 「Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. 」
