"This was a very nice hotel with a large comfortable room. The breakfast is the best buffet I have ever had. There is also a bar and you get a free drink and a large selection of snacks every night. There was a man named Fred who was cleaning tables at breakfast and he was one of the nicest, most positive people I have had a conversation with in a long time. My wife and I looked forward to saying hello every morning. Everyone we met here was awesome. Truly a great place to stay"

"The single worst experience I’ve ever had in all of my travels over the world came at the hands of Morgan, the most surly, and lying front desk attendant I’ve ever dealt with, and Steff, the unimaginably incompetent property manager. I am on a consulting contract, and the complexity of the project forced me to remain in Washington longer than I had expected. I arrived 2 weeks ago, after booking, and paying for a week’s stay. Upon checking in, I was informed that my room would be serviced by housekeeping every three days, and by mandate on Saturday’s if the cleaning schedule was declined. My room had been cleaned once in 7 days, and I had extended my stay for another 5. During this time, the scheduled 3 day cleaning never occurred, and when I went to make a complaint, it was then that I had my first nasty encounter with Morgan. While explaining that my room had not been cleaned in 9 days, her response was, in the most surprisingly angry tone, “do you want to check out tonight?” I was completely shocked, and taken aback by this, given the fact that it was the hotel’s shortcoming in not cleaning my room, restocking clean towels, changing the bed linen, restocking my coffee, even cleaning the bathroom, that had led me to complain. The following day I called the property manager Steff, to let her know that my room hadn’t been serviced, and relate to her the distressing experience with her employee Morgan. After much back and forth, she herself apologized and admitted I was right,"

"Super friendly staff but wish they would have changed up the omletes (which was like chewing rubber) to scrambled eggs. Oh and i dis find a hair on one of the biscuits so i make sure to throughly chexk the biscuits from that point on. In our bathroom the was leftover poop in the toilet, a used washcloth on the sink, missing 2 washcloths feom the set up above the toilet, and one of the bath towels was half unrolled onto the floor. It was hanging off the cubby that they sit in. By the time i noticed all this i was just so tired from traveling all day to get there. I did get two more bath towels from the front and the lady was super nice. Other than that it is in a nice area just a long drive due to traffic to get back and forth to seattle."

"The staff (aside from two front desk workers) were all incredibly kind, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast lady was amazing - constantly working to keep things filled, hot, and cleaned. She greeted with a warm smile and greeting each day and after 4 nights there, we had a bit of a relationship even despite her not knowing much English. We loved her and she made our stay so wonderful! The housekeepers were also excellent! They kept the room CLEAN and did an amazing job - we didn't expect daily room service but they provided it and did a great job! We were slow to leave a couple of mornings from the hotel and I simply asked that they clean later in the day - we'd return later to an amazingly cleaned and refreshed room! The front desk lady seemed bothered to be bothered when we asked for extra pillows and towels (as they fill the room for 4 guests, but we had 6 with 2 staying on the pull out couch. When I asked when we could get the items (as we had gotten there later in the evening and were trying to settle the kids down for bed), she simply replied, "I'll bring them to you later." So we were left waiting for whenever "later" was in order to go to bed. The room was dated and gross (we had a large STICKY area on the carpet right in the middle of the walkway), but the cleaners did amazing with what they could do. The rooms all need updating. I'd stay here again for the cleaners and breakfast lady alone, but no other reason."
