Disappointing Stay — Won’t Be Returning
Our stay started off poorly with a stressed, overwhelmed front desk agent working alone and no basic information provided at check-in. The lobby was chaotic with a sports team running around, and our room wasn’t properly cleaned — dirt on the seats and hair on the bathroom counter. The hideaway bed was extremely uncomfortable with a thin, springy mattress.
Breakfast was also frustrating. I was questioned by Julius for simply getting a plate of fruit for my family of five at an all-you-can-eat breakfast. The omelet station was understaffed, lines were long, and they closed breakfast early despite posted hours. When I raised concerns, I got excuses about new ownership and staff shortages — no real apology or accountability.
Overall, we won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
