「A good place for its price point and very convenient to the PNC Pavilion. Check in was somewhat chaotic. The first person at the desk needed to call for backup. They said they charge a $25 down payment for non smoking rooms, which isn’t on the Hotels.com listing. Still, the people were pleasant. We weren’t expecting luxury. 「My fiancé and I were in town for a family gathering and we felt right at home! We had an extreme warm welcome from Ms Nicole. She was very kind and accommodating throughout our stay. Hotel was kept clean and housekeeping responded promptly. We weren’t a huge fan of the Main Street being packed a lot of the time however, our stay was great! 」
