The room was beautifully decorated and the bedding was soft and comfortable. 「Radiators in the room must have been for decoration, there was no heating on a freezing cold night, owners must have known this because on arrival we were handed a tiny fan heater, which made little difference in a big room. Toilet wasnt clean, bathroom light didnt work initially, towels weren't provided until I went to reception and asked for them, bed was uncomfortable. Genuinely glad I didn't pay a huge amount for the room because it is one of the worst stays I've had. Only 2 stars instead of...

「A warm welcome awaited me at this beautiful guest house. Immaculately decorated & very clean & tidy. A comfortable room (No 6) with all the facilities i required including a spotlessly clean ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice along with prompt, attentive & polite service. The railway station & city centre shops, bars & restaurants are a short stroll away. An enjoyable stay. 」
