「Beautiful lodge with comfortable bed. The water pressure in the shower was a little disappointing but enough to do the job. The large chest of drawers at the end of the bed left little space to get out from the left side of the bed. A slightly smaller unit would have fitted under the TV making it a much easier space to use. Would stay here again beautiful location. Food at the Oak tree inn was good pub food. Definitely didn't go home hungry. 」

I ate dinner on the night of my stay & the service and food were to a very high standard. Breakfast, both selection & quality was also excellent. 「No toilet paper and other amenities refill, been talked to the staff a few times and get ignored about bath tub stopper no one come and check or fix and unable to help us change the room. The hotel charged twice and still cannot get a refund… bad experience ever! 」

「Plenty of parking at front of hotel. Really helpful staff especially Jepson who sorted a ground floor room for me. Nice spacious clean comfortable room. Breakfast is 7-10 am so plenty of time to get served . Lovely evening meal and quite reasonably priced for a nice hotel. I asked for chips instead of rice but was later advised rice was an integral part of the dish. 「Very swanky, nicely equipped, good staff. Our only complaint was that the bed wasn't very comfy and didn't match the quality of the hotel which was otherwise stellar. Free breakfast was decent with the option to order made to order breakfast for a charge if you wanted.」
