"The room was outdated and could use some refreshing. The mattress was very firm and uncomfortable. The pillows weren’t much better. We didn’t have much interaction with the staff so I can’t really say they were good or bad. Housekeeping was good - we had fresh towels daily. The pool area was very crowded and only one pool was useable due to it being pretty cold (no fault to the hotel - weather was on the chilly side and its early march). Overall the hotel was okay, I just don’t think it was worth the amount we paid to stay there. The beach access was the best part of the stay but it’s not private and got fairly crowded during the peak of day. "

"I went during spring break so I am sure many people lie about the number of people in their party, but I was told at checkout multiple times ai would be charged $250 extra for people, pets and smoking..since I booked a non smoking room I thought that would be a no brainer. The gentleman that signed me in charged me twice and I had to have them cancel one charge. There is a live band in the restaurant next door that plays until 11pm/12am so if you are wanting to party I guess this is the place for you. I had to call the police to do a noise complaint per the front desk. The room was clean, but didn’t smell very nice ( sprayed my car freshener). The microwave and fridge were nice size and ice machine worked well. Good budget hotel for sure. "

"Staff was kind. I just don’t like the policies of the hotel regarding deposits. I use a major credit card and no where else does it take 3-4 business days for it to return to my account. This particular card is my travel card and I never have to wait anywhere else. "

"This property needs to be not offered with any 3rd party booking. We booked 2 rooms We found a baggy with what police officers tested & it was meth. We had to call the police because management asked us what do you want us to do about it. You can call the police if you want. That has nothing to do with us. This hotel is well known for prostitution & drug activity. We did not see this on the reviews as those are not posted. We had our 3 grandbabies- 5 & 3 yr old & 20 mth old. The front desk did not care. The clerk refused to give us her name & was not wearing a name tag. The owner of the property refused to speak to us. They also refused to refund our money so we could get another hotel. When they seen us packing our car the clerk walked up to us & asked how long was it going to take us to completely leave so they could post the rooms as available. I do not recommend this property at all. "

"I was their for 2 nights for a Cheer competition. Their is a lot of shops and places to eat in the area but I did not shop any but is a nice town to visit."
