「We had booked a room that was on the first floor. Within the first 30 mins of settling in, 4 cockroaches were found and I had killed three of them. We had enough and went to the front desk to inform the staff on the issue and without hesitation we were moved to the 4th floor with a great balcony beach view which we loved. The room was very clean and cockroach free. The pools are very nice but I with they stayed open till 10 pm as listed and not around 9-9:30 which was a bummer. Overall it was a...
