"Most of the staff were very welcoming and nice but there was a lady in the evening who was quite rude. I missed the window for my room being cleaned and when I asked ( not knowing ) she laughed at me and said no so I asked for towels which she said yes to but the never brought them. I then had to ask the man on the late shift when I arrived back. And with the cleanliness there was hair all over my shower and in the bathroom so it was not thoroughly cleaned. Everything else was lovely."

"Overall it’s a great place to stay close to a lot of restaurants and public transportation. Rooms are a bit smaller and need some updating but ALL staff were super welcoming and accommodating. Mar was great and friendly when we arrived and was very helpful. "

"This is a great place to stay, right in the heart of Paris. My wife and I just returned from a week long stay at Rayz Eiffel and loved the hotel's charm and thoughtful amenities. Everyone at Rayz was helpful and friendly, and the views from the rooftop patio can't be beat! Our balcony room offered city views and fresh air, and the room was welcoming to come home to after a long day of walking around the city. We'd stay at Rayz Eiffel next time we're in Paris, highly recommend to others looking to book a hotel in the 7th!"
