The hotel is located in a quiet location yet close to bara and restaurants. All within walking distance. We happened to be there during one of France’s most disruptive weekends with riots going on all over Paris yet we felt safe.

You start off with a very warm and hospitable welcome - staff was accommodating. Rooms are quite spacious for Paris - we booked the standard king and had a separate room for the bathroom with walkway. Plenty of space for hangable clothes, safe, etc. Spa was great - jacuzzi, sauna, steam with robes and all you’ll need there. Gym could use a bit of work, on the smaller side but gets the job done for a 3 day trip. There was construction ongoing, so no breakfast on the rooftop, but we took ours up and just ate up top. Slight ac issue on the first night but was fixed the next day. Excellent location, 15 min walk to the tower and tons nearby. Would stay again!

As agreed with other people staying at the hotel, the whole point of being there was the top floor restaurant with view of the Eiffel Tower, but it was closed for renovations. There was no alert about this and no compensation (like a free breakfast (which was in the basement)). While the hotel and staff are otherwise nice you may wish to book elsewhere until you know the rooftop renovation is complete.
