The property is situated on a quiet side street near the Eiffel. The property is old, but has some modern touches such as a small elevator and an updated bathroom. The rooms are very small and barely accomodate two people with carry on size luggage. Anything longer than 2 nights, and it would have become claustophobic. The bathroom, while recently update, was exceptionally small and had zero storage space; not even a hook for towels or a ledge to hold tolietries. I couldn't shave my legs with the shower door closed becuase there is no room to even bend over.
The view of the Eiffel was great esepcially at night, however, the lack of space, no in room amenities, no storage space, no direct elevator access to your floor without having to use stairs, the AC not being cold, having to use a floor fan to cool off, left a lot to be desired and the nightly price rate was high for the lack of amenities.
I would recommend this place for a single (solo) traveler with a small luggage who is looking for more of a base-level lodging option. The staff was nice and helpful and that alone made the stay somewhat better.
