「The nice employees and the restaurants food. We will never stay at a Hilton again because you were going to charge for breakfast. Since we only had a bagel we weren’t charged. A friend was charged for parking at another Hilton. On our way south we stayed in a Hilton convention center and the choice of dinner food was meager. There are too many hotels to choose from to stay where one feels cheated !!! RIDCULOUS!!!」

「I booked a standard room online using Expedia, with a note saying one guest using a wheelchair. Usually this is good as long as I can get the chair in the room. Marion actually called me to say that they only had a single King with accessibility, when I booked a 2 Queen room; since i was driving I didn't know it was her til I got to the Hotel.
