「We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. 「We had been at a concert at Red Rocks and when we got back to the hotel, there was no hot water at all in the bathroom. We told the front desk and she said she would let the manager know. There was no apology or anything.」

「The inn was very clean. My biggest complaint is with the amenities. 1- they only clean your room every day upon request. Not a big deal for us but some people may not like that. 2- the breakfast is unimpressive. Every day we went they were out of forks, coffee and half and half. Had to find the attendant to let her know. Toaster is broken- people were using waffle iron as a toaster. Very limited options. The water pitcher was empty 2 of the 4 days we went.」

「The hotel and staff were excellent. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bartender Stephan made some fantastic craft cocktails and was very personable. The location is an upcoming area outside of Denver center but great for day trips to outlying areas with transit right across the street. My only complaint is that we only got our room serviced once. This would be fine but all they did was throw up the covers on the bed (not fully made) and replace the towels. The toilet paper...
