「Exceptional all round!」

「A really lovely welcome, kind and caring host. Free off street car parking available, its 5 minuites walk to Boscombe Beach / pier. The place has character, a throwback B&B, i loved it and will stay again. 」

「Not a luxury hotel but for the price its pretty good. The room layout is similar to a chain hotel room and it was clean and tidy. The staff were great and always friendly. I never ate here so cant comment on the food. They have entertainment on at the weekends which you can hear in your rooms but its not excessive and finished at 10 pm each night. I would happily stay here again if i found myself in the area. 」

「Its name is completely misleading as it is far from a hotel or what you would expect from a hotel. There are no facilities whatsoever and more akin to a B&B, which would have been fine except for the smell. I cannot recommend this place. 」

「Great room, good and clean. Great decor and would certainly visit again. (Too good to say a "stay" as host so personable and friendly). Self check in as such, but only because of our travel time varied, would have been met by owners. Great hosts, giving good local advice and hints and tips, could not do enough to help us a new to the area. Bed very comfortable and certainly a warm room. We felt really at home here. 「Spotless. Resupply of milk, cookies and other water! Food fabulous! Just a tad noisy it carries, with bar, restaurant all the one room, no carpet but in the summer I am sure with doors open that would soon be fixed.」

「A warm and welcoming hotel in an excellent location. The decor in the bar and restaurant was stylish and unique and our room was also full of character, spacious and clean. Breakfast was superb! All the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was ample and free and convenient. I’m already recommending this place to my friends.」

「Have stayed here twice before as we enjoyed pub and location. We booked for friends and were only informed on arrival that the pub had shut down .We were told we were not contacted because we did not book breakfast. At time of writing pub is still being advertised on their own website.」
