「Staffs are friendly and very helpful!」

「We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!」

「Requested a quiet room and the request was honored. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was very good. We needed a bit later check-out time and that was provided. Lots of parking. Did not use the amenities.」

「I really like the set up of the rooms in a Tru Hilton hotel. Beds are great, bathroom is great, hooks on the wall, a pull out desk so you can watch tv. Heating and cooling system works well. Great hotel.」

「Everything was moist. Felt like I was in a moldy room there was so much moisture on everything! Staff was helpful thpugh not enough people. Location is terrible with poorly signed entrances. Wifi was useless and towels were scratchy. The worst hotel experience I ever had.」

「The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.」

「The room was excellent! Very comfortable. Just like being home!! The two breakfasts served were over the top!! Gourmet service!! Juice and coffee were great. Great vibes were given off during the whole visit!! Next time in Springfield, we be staying with Namoi!!」

「The room smelled like the air conditioner filter had never been changed. The shower curtain bottom was sopped with water. The carpet was covered in debris. The television didn’t work. The nightstand lamp didn’t work and the desk lamp was missing a bulb. The window blinds were covered in filth. It was really bad.」

「My grampa/mom/dad had to leave their trip a weeks early and because no one told me I had to call within 24 hours I lost thousands of dollars. I will be posting all about it-very disappointed!!」
