「Staffs are friendly and very helpful!」

「We spent the night after a wedding in nearby Northampton. It was a lovely place to return to at the end of a long day. We enjoyed our breakfast the following morning, both the buffet selections (especially the coffee cake muffins) as well as our conversation with staff member Kristen. We always try to support small businesses in the places where we travel and the Dasniel Stebbins House did not disappoint!」

「First of all I want to start with the positives because there were some. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were well equipped, spacious and clean. Unfortunately that is all the positives. First issue was the staff there were very unhelpful and did not abide by their own rules. The first thing you see, and plastered all over the hotel, are signs stating this is a smoke free hotel. 「I liked the hotel a lot but one big problem that no one mentioned that it’s under renovation,the rooms are big and were after renovation so they looked ready but the entrance and special the breakfast was between the construction ,I would suggest you to cancel the breakfast for a short time instead of leaving it the way you did.」

「The place was fine--I don't demand much of a hotel. It is basically a place to sleep. However, more discerning travelers might have been upset by the fact that the supplemental door lock didn't work, one of the shelves in the closed was broken and the one day out of four that we had maid service, they seemed to only half finish the job. They may be very short of staff.」

「breakfast was delicious. staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. only negative was there was way too much clutter. too much furniture and too many decorative thingys on top of the furniture.」

「One of the reasons that I stay at Hampton Inn is because the beds are so incredibly comfortable, and this visit didn't disappoint. But, what stood out about this Hampton Inn was the breakfast. It was amazing! It was seasoned, there was a variety of food, each day, and it was perfectly prepared and executed. The staff was helpful and even brought out almond milk for my daughter. Another big plus was that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.」

「The room is too dirty. Their room is very bad, especially smell very bad. I absolutely suggest the hotel need reconstruction completely. 」

「The girl at the front desk was so kind and understanding about all of our requests. The pool was the cleanest pool I've seen at a hotel in a long time. Beds were comfortable and AC really cold. Great place to stay!」
