"Parking is atrocious. Beware extra wary if you have a hire car as the spaces are tiny and likelihood of getting a scratch is high as the spaces are so small and tightly packed. Check in is annoying. All done digitally. I did everything 100% correct. And still had to call them to sort a hiccup out. The room itself is horribly tired. Strange smell. And the bathroom is nothing more than a square metre. So you could literally shower while sitting on the toilet and using the sink at the same time. Don’t forget the noise from a really busy road 24/7. Spend the extra $20 a night and stay elsewhere."

"The receptionist did not explain anything just asked for id and card and just taped our card without explaining why or what he was doing. One of the children’s bed had no Doona on it. Cracks in all the walls and only has stairs to access the upper levels"

"After hour service sucks. Room had old musty smell. Towels only one small. soap in bathroom was just handwash soap. No elevator to the room at level 2 from first floor. Carrying luggage difficult. It took me, coming from USA, to seek strangers to call for after hour service. They dont pick up phone, puts you on hold. Really bad experience."
