「Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.」

「新，清潔，員工態度良好」

「Property was excellent. We had a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa bed. The suite was very spacious. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we have ever had. Eggs and oatmeal were perfectly cooked. There were 2 different kinds of sausages as well as a waffle station and the usual cold breakfast items. Fitness room was a good size and had several different pieces of equipment including weights, kettlebells, ellipticals and treadmills. We would definitely stay here again...

「Breakfast was good」

「Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.」

「We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights in the Rosemary suite. We were extra fortunate that the other suites in the building were not occupied so we had all of the common areas to ourselves. Everything was comfy, the kitchen has very nice appliances though no ice. The Market is a block away and a good place to grab a bite. One word of warning for booking through Expedia: make sure you get the door codes before you arrive; there is no front desk to check in at.」

「条件一般，空气质量感觉不太好」

「What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably.」

「Overall sanitation was excellent.」

「The place is fine for a quick one night」

「No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with」

「They downgraded my room from a king to a double because they were overbooked and had no king rooms left. I was there to enjoy a getaway as a couple; however, I was forced to take the double room and could not sleep in one bed with my partner. On top of that, during checkout, they told us they would provide a $40 refund for the inconvenience, but I have received nothing, and it has been two weeks since I sent them a reminder email regarding the status of the refund.」

「I love it here. I come here almost every time im in Beckley.」
