「Shower head need changing bc of leak but great」

「Room Is brand new! Good food!」

「Breakfast was not good. We didn't see much help in terms of getting our shower soap/liquid filled up after multiple requests. Property was renovated and hence seemed new.」

Dings in the door…we believe it is an older Hampton…needs a refresh for sure. Breakfast was very good as the touch of ‘gift bag’with 2 bottles of water and in the morning complimentary cookies! Staff was friendly and helpful ( put our cooler freezer packs into a freezer ready for us in the morning for our next leg of our trip!)」

「My room was excellent, and the staff was always helpful. The lounge/breakfast area was clean and well-stocked. The exterior of the building was well-maintained and inviting. The only thing I'd like addressed is the laundry area for guests. I have been staying at this hotel for the last four years, and the coin-op laundry has always been out of order. 「Everything was filthy. There was a pile of dirty towels outside by door at 9pm check in that stayed there all night. The hook lock for the door was broken. The bath mat was filthy. the carpets in the room and halls had not been vacuumed.」

「The hotel is old which isn’t a problem but it’s I desperate need of a total renovation. It’s damp and there is mold everywhere. The staff was nice. It was okay for a one night stay as it was just to sleep and leave the next day. Even the floor felt damp to walk on. It didn’t feel extremely safe either.」
