「Very few outlets available and none near bed to use for CPAP machine. HVAC control was very difficult to regulate; seemed to be colder than setting.」

「新，清潔，員工態度良好」

「Property isn’t bad. FANTASTIC parking lot if you have a larger vehicle or a trailer behind you. Hotel itself is older and showing some signs of being tired but kept in good shape. Only complaint was I waited 20 min for the front desk clerk to show up to check me in. She was no where to be found. Not exactly what one wants after 18 hours of driving.」

「Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional. A huge shout-out to the front desk attendant who checked us in with a great attitude at 10:30 PM, and was back bright and early at 8:30 AM covering an extra shift with the same friendly energy. 「Apart from its own bar, it is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and it takes a long time to find a restaurant nearby.」

「What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably.」

「条件一般，空气质量感觉不太好」

「Overall sanitation was excellent.」

「We had an enjoyable stay here for 2 nights in the Rosemary suite. We were extra fortunate that the other suites in the building were not occupied so we had all of the common areas to ourselves. Everything was comfy, the kitchen has very nice appliances though no ice. The Market is a block away and a good place to grab a bite. One word of warning for booking through Expedia: make sure you get the door codes before you arrive; there is no front desk to check in at.」

「The cabin is just as described. Cute, clean and cozy. Beautiful inside and out. The staff were helpful and very friendly.」

「No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with」

「The room was exactly what we needed…see you again November 9th」
