"Hotel has mold everywhere in the bathrooms by the pool and hot tub walls torn apart black mold everywhere hot tub has no jets and the pool is ice cold no heat it’s broken as well many guest complaining at the front desk it is very disgusting I’ve need made a bad review like this one but that was a terrible stay should not be able to rent rooms like this and when I complained I was told to cancel but I wouldn’t get a refund"

"The room is very adorable. The staff is all so nice and kind with us. We had a great time there."

"Room was OK. The door did not close completely and lock, we had to deadbolt because the door itself would not close and lock so the key to the room was pointless. No coffee in the morning, was empty at breakfast approximately 745am. Toilet in bathroom was clogged when we arrived, fixed ourselves so no further complications. Expect more from Hilton as a member that travels frequently. "

"Room was fairly clean, but not quite updated. Bathroom in particular was not our favorite as the toilet hardly flushed, the sink water had good pressure but an odd stream, and the shower head and walls were stained. Bed was very firm!"

"Parking was straightforward. Did not try the breakfast. The entire hotel had an odd scent - like overly powerful perfume. The room wasn’t dirty but it wasn’t clean. There were stains on the mattress cover and it appeared like it hadn’t been changed in a while. Stains on the floor. Weird stains on the walls in the bathroom. It looked like the shower head was going to fall off if you attempted to move it. The stopper on the sink was broken so the water drained slowly. The office chair for the desk was broken. The television was extremely small maybe 27” but it looked like there used to be a bigger wall mounted one at some point. There was a cannabis store sticker on the bedside table. The gentleman who checked us in was straightforward- did not ask how we were and immediately asked for payment card and ID. The room key cards were sticky and the little holder they came in was bent (reused maybe?). Overall, the room served its purpose but we wouldn’t stay here again."
