「Management and staff were great! Really made us feel welcome. Particularly, Margot (Assistant Mngr). It was a peaceful, restful stay. It was nice to disconnect from our busy life for a couple of days. So much more enjoyable than if we would have stayed in a hotel as we were able to enjoy the outdoors with comfort.」

「Clean, comfortable and very convenient to Thompson's point, plenty of restaurants and things to do right nearby. We stayed in a room with a shared Hall. Was not inconvenient, room still has a sink which was a nice added benefit. Coffee and breakfast was included in the morning, parking lot in the back of the hotel was convenient. Will definitely stay again!」

「Made a last minute reservation on Hotels.com due to a flight cancelation. Was greeted warmly and checked in promptly at the hotel. The facility was obviously recently renovated and beautiful. The rooms were in new condition also. This was a very nice surprise. Enjoyed free happy hour cocktails and dinner. Took the free airport shuttle at 4:00 am and was physically in the airport within 5 minutes. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you very much. Highly recommend.」

「What a wonderful stay we had here! The room was clean and had a nice mural on one wall. Beds were SO comfy! Brand new owners (as of begining of June), staff was attentive and kind. One of the owners, Ahmed went above and beyond providing superior customer service at every interaction. I was in Portland just for one night, after being in NW Maine for 2 weeks dealing with an awful situation. We needed good food and quality rest. Ahmed and other staff recommended wonderful restaurants for meals...
