「Welcoming and quick/easy check in. Room was on the small side, but very clean and asthetically pleasing. Parking lot is very well lit, and well kept. We left before breakfast but we did grab some coffee on the way out. Very nice hotel and we will stay there again when in the area. 」

「The only decent thing was breakfast. The hotel lobby had buckets catching roof leaks. The first room was as so bad we asked for a different room. We were showed 2 others that were slightly better, but still sub-par. There were terrible drywall patches all over the ceilings, along with huge water stains from leaking water. A terrible patch above the tub/shower looked like a child playing in mud. Mis matched tile repairs on the tub, dirty walls (literally dirty), dirt piled in corners of the...

「Burnt out reading took 2 days to replace. Soap dispensers were empty or broken. Told to leave towels out the door. First day they were picked up but not replaced. Had to go get towels. Second day left towels outside. Came back after ten hours and towels were still on the floor. Had to go get towels. Neighbors towels and garbage were there also. All stayed until the next morning. Would never stay there again. Bathroom was dirty and as handicap room the shower just went all over the bathroom. 」

「The Lodge is a great beachfront property at the Gulf Shores. There is beach access, the Gulf Shores downtown is just 5 mins away and there are great restaurants on site. The customer service at this hotel Is excellent. All our requests incl microwave and cleaning were met promptly. 」

「I was a little disappointed this time. This is our 3rd stay here. The coffee makers have been removed from the rooms. The fridge is not cold enough to put anything perishable in. We had to throw out several things, like milk. there is no way to adjust the temperature. With as much as I paid to stay here, parking should be including. The room was clean though. 」
