The front desk guy was horrible. I should have known there was going to be issues. I walked up and the guy was arguing with the guest in front of me, telling him the guest was in the wrong. Upon a phone call from the guest, the attendant was wrong. Come to find out all the information was indeed there. Instead of the attendant apologizing for being wrong he just handed the keys over to the guest and sent him on his way. Now it's my turn. I reserved my room 2 weeks ahead of time. Swipe my card, declined, didn't make since so i call my bank, and pull up my app. Charge was infact authorized and funds withdrawn. I show the attendant. He argues with me and my bank saying nope didn't happen. Won't let me check in. Claims that the other holiday inn in the next town charged me but not his.... i step aside bc he was creating a hostel situation when i had other people behind me waiting to check in. I go back inside to discover that attendant left and was replaced with a different attendant. Come to find out i was right the whole time and the new attendant checked me in. The manager of the location was very helpful the next day as well. But I will never again visit this location.
