「The hotel told me they could not honor the payment I made through hotels.com and they asked me to pay them directly. In the end I was double billed for the same stay. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel if you go to Addis Ababa. I am a platinum member and long time customer of hotels.com but I am no longer going to use them after this trip. They should not be advertising such shady hotels on their site. 」

「it's a good place to stay overall, had some issue with the staff, but the manger is super proactive and he will make your stay very comfortable.」

Outrageous I will not recommend this place for the price should be less than $100 changing $200 us must be 5 star resort with all kinds of activities not this ordinary place 」

「We were sight seeing most of the day. Room service meals were tasty. Breakfast on the last day was finally buffet style as in the pictures. No TV for two days. Bathroom was leaking. Airport shuttle driver was not helpful with our luggage out of the van. Overall customer service needs improvement as well as housekeeping and maintenance. The kitchen staff was wonderful.」

「There was no airport shuttle available this day even after they told me over the phone that a shuttle would come pick me up. Very disappointing. Honestly wouldn’t recommend it because it’s also harder to get to compared to so many other hotels in Addis. 」

「The spa is good, but I have two comments. The jacuzzi was not clean, and there are no stairs or anything to help you get in and out of the jacuzzi, which led to my friend falling and it was scary. Other than that, everything is good. I didn’t get to see anything else because there was no light.」
