「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my journey in Italy.」

「We loved the Palazzo Grillo. Yes, it is a registered UNESCO World Heritage site and a wonderfully restored hotel that seamlessly blends a palazzo built in 1545 with 21st-century conveniences. 「Beautiful hotel with easy access to the train station in nice safe neighborhood. Picture is of their 100+ yr old lift. That was gorgeous. Also free expressos, breakfast and cappuccinos in the lobby. Would stay here again」

「This was the perfect location to stay for a retreat and also for a day trip into Cinque Terre. We won’t get over being driven in a cart to and from the parking lot down a charming rock wall lined street. It’s the most magical entry to a hotel we’ve ever experienced.
