The hotel is in a fantastic location right along the front. We stayed in a triple room which was slightly dated although the bathroom was modern. This suited us as most of the time we were exploring the area. The rooftop bar had stunning views and although the drinks are pricey the amount of canapés we were given for free made the drinks more reasonable. Breakfast was also delicious with varied options for all tastes. Would definitely recommend staying here

The location was amazing! Downtown and few steps to ferry. She upgraded our room to higher lever for extra $50. Only one bottle of water for the room. One Elevator and it’s very very slow ( we took the stairs so many times). Breakfast buffet ok for €12 per person. Room spacious but furniture old and bed ok. We booked it for the location and sea view.

Great location right on the water and near lots of shops and restaurants. Hotel is well-maintained. Staff are friendly and helpful. We had a car and valet parking was very useful in that area. We stayed in a junior suite with our 15 year old son. Room was super spacious for the three of us and we loved the two balconies overlooking the Mediterranean. The bathroom shower was a little small but that was a very minor inconvenience during an otherwise great 2-day stay! A hidden gem for sure!

The location was excellent and very conveniently located in town. It was directly across from the beach (and the hotel was great at providing beach towels), and my room had partial sea views with a small balcony, which made it all the more magical. Within minutes of walking, you’ll also find plenty of restaurants and shops (though be mindful of riposa/rest hours, where almost everywhere is closed), and you’re also a five minute walk to the Rapallo train station, which is also super convenient. For a reasonable cost, you can have buffet breakfast (worth the variety in my opinion). All the staff I dealt with, from reception to restaurant servers to cleaners, were all super friendly as well. The room was clean, though I wish the pillows were a bit softer, but otherwise, no real complaints. I would love to come back to Rapallo and stay here again!

Great room, view, bed, bathroom, staff and breakfast—miss that delicious morning ritual and friendly staff of Mariola and Hanan already… Didn’t need to eat until dinner.
