Such a lovely hotel. I feel like we’ve discovered a hidden gem. Staff were so kind and welcoming. They gave us a tour on arrival and made everything special for us!

The property was lovely but the staff was another level. Everyone from the front desk, to the restaurant, the spa, and the door staff were all welcoming and accommodating. Simone and Jessica made our entire stay completely hassle free. The restaurant had great menu and the food was excellent. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to be back.

One thing I love about this place is the heartfelt hospitality, staffs are very well-trained and wonderful, you can feel their passions toward works. Property is so beautiful designed and surrounded by lush of green, the lobby is like an art exhibition with modern furniture. Room is so cozy and comfy, nice scented amenities too. On-site restaurant is a MUST try, food was so delicious with great quality ingredients. Love the breakfast too! Highly recommended this place!

This is a very new property and was lovely in a beautiful area. The restaurant was lovey also , but the menu could be a little more simple. The car parking which is on the property is overly expensive €45 per day - excessive. Staff were very friendly and professional.

Wonderful hotel and staff is even better! All facilities were excellent as the property is relatively new. Major issue is we booked a premium room with a sea view, only to be placed in a nice room with a view of a tree and a sliver (maybe 1ft wide of the sea. Upon request we were offered a smaller room with about 3ft more of sea view. Very disappointing!

The room was amazing but the cost was quite high. There were some hiccups with all the new staff, all were super friendly but some oversights such as the safe was locked and tv remote was incorrect upon check in. No surprise costs and staff were fluent in mulitple languages.

One-night stay with family

Very cozy and quiet place. All you need for peaceful solitude and rest. The reception staff is wonderful. Bellboy Maxim was relly a role model for his job. We’ve been said the hotel had just been re-opened a few months before our visit. So it looked like a brand new property. Just one night stay was enough to make clear that was not actually a 5-star hotel. Though for some it would be not easy to rate it 4-star either. Rooms are well equipped with coffee machines, hairdryers, slippers and necessary amenities but complimentary water is just one for each room no matter how many guests are there. We have been charged for additional water when asked. Breakfast is poor.

Nice proprette - Avoid the massage

The check in team was the best we ever experienced. So thoughtful, friendly, and just good vibes. The rooms were ok. There was drywall dust in our closet and the staff walked into our room without announcing themselves. The breakfast was great - we ordered the avocado toast - it was small yet delicious. But as a Hilton-owned property it needs to check itself when it comes to the spa. They are trying to charge American spa prices for the absolute worst massage. 230€ for a 50 minute oil rub and calling it a “sports massage” was sad and so disappointing. if you want to charge these prices (and in Italy no less) there needs to be some muscle and technique involved. Lovely lady, but not worth more than 50€.

There were six receptionists at the checkout. My husband and I sat facing them as if we were being questioned. The receptionists asked us to pay a long bill including all kinds of services we did not enjoy. I said that this was wrong and they checked again and again. Finally, they asked if my room was 205. I said no, my room was 208. They apologised and the whole checkout process took at least 20 minutes. This was extremely unprofessional.

Tout ! Personnel, chambre, spa, piscine, soin... La moindre petite attention était parfaite, à notre arrivée à l'accueil, dans la chambre, pendant le séjour, lors du départ... Tout était exceptionnel. Le fait qu'il y ait du personnel qui parle français était un plus. La petite part de gâteau avec une bougie le matin au petit déjeuner pour l'anniversaire de ma femme était une très agréable surprise !! Merci pour tout.

Sehr schönes, modernes Hotel (top Design), ganz neu eröffnet. Riesige Dusche und vermutlich das beste Bett in dem wir je geschlafen haben!!! Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und überwiegend sehr aufmerksam. Beim Restaurant gibt es noch etwas Luft nach oben und das Frühstück ist eigentlich ein Witz. Man muss Hunde und Kinder mögen. Aber wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
