「Our air conditioning unit didn’t work when we arrived. We called the front desk, they sent up someone who replaced the battery and said it should be fine. It still wasn’t working, so we called the front desk again and another person came up and couldn’t tell us why it wasn’t working. The front desk sent up a portable unit, but to get that working you have to leave the back door open to our room. Unfortunately, everyone has access to our room from the back door. 「You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay.」
