「When we arrived they advised our dinner reservations were cancelled because a large wedding party had booked the restaurant. We had booked this months in advance.The door knob fell off the door and we could not lock our room. The shower hose came loose from the wall and sprayed water every where. The wedding party band kept us up til midnight. Room service breakfast arrived cold.The hotel is beautiful but not a good experience.」

「Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.」

「From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel.」

「The property was well appointed and perfectly located by the water with a private beach. The hotel served breakfast and lunch on a wonderful patio overlooking the sea and hills. The staff were welcoming and so accommodating. I plan on returning in the future and recommend it to anyone wishing to visit this beautiful part of the Ligurian Coast」

「You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay.」

「Beautiful hotel and very beautiful room and breakfast ! The location is a little in the middle of nowhere . If you have a car , it’s a nice hotel to travel around . Staff is super nice . However ,I found it q. Little annoying that from 7.30 pm to 8 am , there’s no one to assist and you can only access your room ( no common areas available ) All the same , it was a good experience and would recommend」

「Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und geschnackvoll eingerichtet. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Terrasse und das leckere Essen und guten Wein einfach wundervoll.🙏」
