「Lovely hotel in a beautiful small town. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful - sorting us out with a booking at the nearby beach club and providing timetables so we could take a boat trip to Portofino. The pool area was a perfect size and well looked after, as were we! Our family room was spacious and well laid out, and we had the use of a private terrace. So many little touches made this hotel extra special for our family holiday. We highly recommend it!」

「You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD.
This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location
You really need to tell the truth.
The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay.」
