「Very nice location with views overlooking the town on one side and the sea on the other. It was convenient having the car close to our room. We swam in the private beach, it was nice being away from everyone. The elevator makes getting to town/beach fast and easy. I didn’t realize the private beach however is an added cost. It is €45 per person, per day. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.」

「From the moment we checked we were welcomed by the friendly receptionist, who took the time to show us our room, The room was beautiful and clean with an amazing view of the gardens and pool area, Breakfast was exceptional and all the staff were very attentive to our needs. Overall a beautiful hotel and amazing staff. Although this was a 3 star hotel, in our opinion it's was 4 star +. And would not hesitate recommend the beautiful hotel.」

「Our air conditioning unit didn’t work when we arrived. We called the front desk, they sent up someone who replaced the battery and said it should be fine. It still wasn’t working, so we called the front desk again and another person came up and couldn’t tell us why it wasn’t working. The front desk sent up a portable unit, but to get that working you have to leave the back door open to our room. Unfortunately, everyone has access to our room from the back door. 「Lovely hotel in a beautiful small town. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful - sorting us out with a booking at the nearby beach club and providing timetables so we could take a boat trip to Portofino. The pool area was a perfect size and well looked after, as were we! Our family room was spacious and well laid out, and we had the use of a private terrace. So many little touches made this hotel extra special for our family holiday. We highly recommend it!」

「You mislead us by saying this hotel was near Portofino. It was not. It required me to hire a private taxi driver to drive us there May 9. The cost was 520 USD. This hotel happens to be beautiful and well worth the stay. Your site falsely advertised the location You really need to tell the truth. The hotel deserves better treatment. It does not need your misinformation to get people to stay.」
