The room is great and also the location. There is no lobby so one has to check in at the other Miramare hotel - we did not know that but its close by so no problem. There is a kitchenette but no utensils, so utterly useless really.

Fantastic!

If you get the opportunity to stay in this place, grab it. Helpful and very friendly staff, gorgeous place. We stayed in the suites, and had a beautiful view of the Bay of Silence. The property has its exclusive private beach on the other side of the peninsula. Also beautiful. Excellent breakfast, fun bar. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

These suites are very nice and luxury. Check in is a block away at Miramare hotel. We walked here from train station. Breakfast was very upscale and delicious with a beautiful view of the ocean through the picture window. We loved the easy train access to Cinque Terre (without the crowds) and Portofino, Santa Margarita.

Disappointing for the price

Miramare Suites faces one bay in Sestri Levante whereas the Miramare hotel faces the other. When we arrived at the location, there was no one there, not even a sign on the door to go to check in at the hotel - we were not the only ones in this situation. Apart from check in and check out, the suites are completely separate - there is not even a phone in the room. As a result, we could see that the hotel staff were completely disinterested. This is no resort. The only bright spot was the cleaner who was pleasant and regular. Another annoying feature is that they advertise that they have a private beach, but then ask for 40 Euros per head to access it. There are just a few four stars hotels in the area, so they can charge ridiculous prices for a very average quality. If you really must go to Sestri Levante (there are other beautiful spots around), maybe try renting a local apartment.

Ett härligt hotell med privat strand.

Härligt boende i vackra Sestri levante. Lägenheten var bekväm och modern med skön säng. Kaffekapslar och vatten fylldes på varje dag. Städningen var mycket bra. Hotellet som Lägenheten hörde till låg en bit bort men det gjorde oss ingenting. Mycket vacker privat strand som vi hade tillgång till. Åtminstone när vi var där i början av oktober var strandstolarna kostnadsfria. Frukosten var mycket god.

Zimmer ausserhalb des schönen Hotels, Check-In sehr gut mit Übernahme des Autos und Parkieren in Hotel-Parkhaus und schnelle Lieferung des Gepäcks. Hingegen mussten wir beim Check-Out lange warten (OK, es hat stark geregnet), Personal war nicht sehr lösungsorientiert, wollte zuerst dass wir unser Gepäck selber zur Hotellobby bringen. Nach 50 Minuten wurden wir dann zum Parkhaus gebracht, wo auch unser Gepäck auf uns wartete. Ist nicht tragisch, aber für so ein klasse Hotel mit teuren Hotelzimmer wäre etwas mehr Komfort zu erwarten gewesen.
