「A unique property to stay. The room was large with a comfortable bed and sitting area. Bathroom was newly renovated, loved the shower! Parking was confusing at first but once we figured out the parkade it was fine. Restaurants, shops and bars all located in the Fitgers property. Would love to stay again for a longer visit.」

「Well maintained property but my biggest issue was parking. This property doesn’t have its own parking lot. Paid parking is either in a city owned lot across the street or a city perking ramp (uphill, but less expensive) ) a couple of blocks away.」

「We really enjoyed our first time stay at Pier B! We used the pool, hot tub, restaurant for breakfast and fitness area. All were in great condition as were the rooms. Breakfast was delicious and staff was friendly. We would definitely stay there again! The only way it could have been remotely better was to have spa robes in the rooms for a truly “resort” feel when going to the aquatics areas.」

「There was no staff on-site so I had to call the company because my room entry code was incorrect. Luckily, an employee at the bar on the first floor helped me out. There was no parking on-site but there was a safe public parking ramp across the street which was relatively easy to use. The room was average--nice sheets and pillows and towels. A lot of slapdash maintenance, things like loose lamp switches/lights, shower handles loose and not holding the sprayer, etc. It just made the room feel...

「The room was cozy and the bed comfortable. Close to everything in Canal Park and the lake walk is great to explore finding sea glass. Staff are very accommodating. We were very excited that they accept pets. Would stay AGAIN.」

「Super cute boutique look, loved the black out blinds…slept til 9 thinking it was 6! Very nice Nespresso coffee machine. My only small suggestion for room 10 is more hooks for towels and coats, and maybe a makeup mirror/light (bathroom is a bit dark to apply makeup).」
