"Hotel Staff was very polite,courteous, friendly and professional.My room service was excellent. I had a very clean room a nice view over the swimming pool,It had an amazing view at night. Breakfast was served at 6:00-10:00AM. There was Assorted Foods,Fruits and Pastries were served daily. Beach at the resort was great,water was a little chilly, overall the weather was just right. I couldn't watch Netflix, due to it not working in the region."

"Beni - Infinity Pool - a little pocket rocket very funny very happy and makes everyone else happy! That boy will go far Gus Eta and Michelle - the restaurant - both sweeties very gentle and kind We loved the different theme night food which was well priced for buffet eating The hotel is very central to everything The music at The Infinity Pool makes it hard to read it’s quite loud and repetitive otherwise great pool"

"Location was great, right next to shopping centre, and short walk to beach. In immediate area there are some nice restaurants and little market shops. Shopping centre is huge and very modern. Beach is nice, lots of options for surfing. Nice beach restaurants if you turn right when you get to the beach, great options to eat and watch sunset. Staff were friendly, housekeeping were great! Rooms are not very big, especially with cases out, it was a perfect stop gap to see Kuta before heading to airport. Downside is there is no pool, however there are a couple of hotels in close proximity that you can use their pool just thave to buy something, which is so reasonable. We went to the same pool during our stay and had drinks and food throughout the day (for 4 people) and most we paid was about £30. This one was called 69 bar and resto. But you can also use the Aloft hotel pool which is opposite the entrance to this hotel think that was a few of £4 per person. We didn't eat at hotel so couldn't comment on the food. Ok reception they have a games area, with PS5 l, finally table and loads of games which is great for kids/ teenagers."
