"Unfortunately, we had an issue with our aircon late in the evening. The maintenance tech investigated and completed some cleaning of the unit. This did not resolve the issue with the unit then becoming noisy and still not cooling. We notified the front desk and were moved to another room about 45 minutes later. We also moved to the new room the next day."
