「Breakfast was below average band hot tub not functioning 」

「Our one-night stay was okay overall. The room was newly renovated and nicely done, and the staff were very kind. Breakfast options in the morning were also a great variety. However, a few things affected the comfort of the stay. The bed was quite low and not very comfortable, and there was no coffee machine in the room, which is a basic convenience we expect. 「The room i started at has bed bugs, i tried calling the front rest and nobody answered to help until the next day. Front desk handled the situation poorly. I wouldn’t recommend staying here」

「First of all there is no pool or hot tub, like it is there physically, but i was told its too expensive and they will not be filling it for use ever again. Maybe if it was advertised the place would have more occupancy.」
