「Good overall stay」

「It seems like they are really trying. The lobby staff were so warm and welcoming and the room was nice but the bathroom was really not clean. I appreciated the key to get into the room so there aren't random people with access to the room. Everything was as expected for this hotel except the bathroom and shower.」

「Clean room. Most of the staff was friendly. I had to ask to have housekeeping do my room. Only done 1 time in 5 days.」

「The staff were all very warm and attentive; however, there were very dirty, blood-like stains on the duvet—something I find completely unacceptable.」
