"The tv was broken and when we went to front desk to tell them about it we were told there person that is able to fix tv was not in. They mever even bothered to look at tv or offer another room even though there were many open rooms. The phone was also broken and there was no breakfast offered. Very disappointed as we have stayed here in past."

"Great Customer service, assistane and support upon check-in. Very friendly staff and breakfast was really good with a variety of food products to select. Also provided free cookies after 1:00 PM. Highly recommend this hotel and expect to stay again when I am in the area. Keep up the Outstanding job! Thanks."
