「I checked out the three hot tubs while I was there. Two of the tubs had obviously not been maintained for a while. The water was cloudy and gave off a very unpleasant odor. The third tub was mostly empty of water. No soaking for me. The TV was somehow fixed at a certain volume, which I wanted to lower but could not. The mute button was also deactivated. Very frustrating!」

「This is the 2nd time for us staying in the yurts. Very affordable, comfy bed, cleanliness of whole property, attention to details, and beautiful location. So close to nature and owners do a nice job of providing everything you need. Lanterns, bedding, towels, toiletries, firewood, coffee. Enjoy the decorating and landscaping outside the property. 「Thought this was a Mom&Pop operation from the reviews. IT IS NOT at least from my experience. There is NO ONE on site. I don't mean staff is out for a dinner break. THERE IS NO ONE THERE. I received no email, no text about how to get in. You check in by dealing with a phone number answered heavens knows where. The person I dealt with on the phone - once I got through the corporate menu - was helpful but you felt sort of abandoned if there were any issues with guests or anything. I...
