OMG, this is the only place in Deadwood you should be looking at! I wish every hotel/motel could be as great as Cedar Wood Inn. While the rooms are a little smaller than most modern hotels, they are incredibly clean and functional. You can tell the staff really cares for the property. Parking was very accessible and safe. But the best part of the Inn is the lovely courtyard that invites you to relax after a day exploring Deadwood.

The place is small, but clean. I never saw anyone that ran the place, they just let a note taped to the door. Everything was fine. No amenities, other than a pop machine. No ice or breakfast. overall a good clean place, I would stay again.

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
This place is dated, loud with road noise, and the shower feels like you're being spat upon rather than a proper shower. Other than that, it's just okay. I'd avoid it. We needed to run the AC all night to drown out the road noise. It seemed clean.
