「Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. 「We have been using this hotel on and off for nearly 30 years and can always rely on its consistency. the welcome is friendly and the Manager obviously cares as he was out litter picking when we arrived so I'd say over and above ! 」

「Convenient location. Mediocre breakfast. Mediocre staff. NO housekeeping (even NO trash emptying) for 3-night stay. Most disappointing...was not able to get a refund for a double-booking error... VERY inconsiderate!!! In short...paid TWICE for the same, mediocre 3-night booking! ...👎」
