The 2 bedroom suite was amazing. Literally 2 separate rooms each with living space that includes kitchenette. The bathroom is spacious. The strip is a short walk away or if you prefer an uber to take you around. Everyone was friendly and I can’t wait to come back.

Nice place perfect for families

Amazing location. Easy valet parking, nice size rooms perfect for our family. Nice to be able to cook breakfast at 5am when the kids wake up at the crack of dawn.

We had a great 4 night stay at this property. It is closely located to the strip and quiet as well. The reception area, valet parking employees were nice and professional. The suite itself was nicely cleaned and had all the amenities in it. Also, the suites are right next to the mgm grand, so going to the casino or the pools at the mgm grand was easy. Will definitely recommend this property for families traveling with kids.

We stayed in the penthouse suites at Tower 3. The room was lovely with a great strip view. There were a number of things broken in our 2nd room but maintenance showed up and tried to make repairs in a timely manner.

I booked a 3-night stay in a 2-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Penthouse. Cons: One of the bathrooms developed a serious plumbing issue during our stay. The sink stopped draining and gave off a strong odor. After maintenance attempted to fix it, the problem actually became worse, and the sink filled with black sludge. It made using that bathroom unpleasant for the remainder of the trip. In the second unit, my family experienced issues with the toilet flushing properly and also had no hot water. We reported these problems, but they were not resolved during our stay. Pros: Rooms were clean on arrival. The property is about a 15–20 minute walk to the Strip. Customer service responded quickly to emails and calls.

Spacious rooms but no valet for returning guests

Great for families only due to spacious rooms but thats it. Employees were nice but it was quite stressful. Entrance into property and check in was great and so was valet. We went out and enjoyed our time but upon return, was told they were not accepting valet for returning guests, only for new guests who were checking in. We had to self park at MGM Grand, pay $40 and reimbursed, so for those who plan on using valet while going in and out, this might not be as easy as you think.
