Jättebra lägenhetsboende i Vegas!

Bra lägenhetsboende i anslutning till MGM Grand. Fin lägenhet med två badrum. Fanns t.o.m TV i badrummet. Man hade fri tillgång till MGM:s stora poolområde men fanns också mindre pooler i anslutning till de tre husen. Köket dock inte så välutrustat om man vill laga egen mat vilket ibland är skönt när man reser med barn, saknades bla större kastrull. Daglig städning ingick inte i vår bokning men behövdes inte för en kort vistelse.

A one bedroom condo with two bathrooms in Vegas is hard to come by. Great value for dollar, really appreciated access to MGM pool complex.

Very well maintained spacious condo - excellent location, great amenities and very clean. The only issue is that you need to pay extra if you want to have it cleaned every day or so. The cost is minimal but we were not told this -- but even if you have to pay for cleaning, the place is very affordable and very very nice. We would strongly recommend it. I would also like to add that the manager, Harrison W. is extremely helpful. He was very eager to explain everything, always a text-message away for any question we had. We were extremely happy with his service. Great experience overall - highly recommended.

The place is amazing. Great room. Great view. Ridiculous amenities. It's got like 7pools. It's part of mgm casino. The monorail is close. I would like to rate it with more stars. Excellent stay I will be there again next year.

Excellent experience. If you want to use the MGM pool facilities I definitely recommend staying at the Signature. My room was spacious, comfortable and quiet. I liked that Fallon waives the resort fee but does give you the option to pay for extra housekeeping if you like. My friends stayed at the MGM Grand and the service staff was rude to them and booked them into the wrong room. Then at 1am that morning they were moved to a different room because there was no hot water. Then the next day, despite being in a new room, the water was turned off. The MGM Grand room was dark, small and dingy. The room I stayed in at The Signature was a palace in comparison. I would definitely stay in a Fallon Luxury Rental property again.

A very well set up apartment

From the monent we arrived and valet service was included we checked in and went straight to our room. Nice big room with a kitchen which is quite unusual. A bit hard to find but once you know where it is it's easy. Close to everything. We slept in every day as it was very quiet and room was blacked out.

Great location regarding the strip and nice unit to stay in. Please note, this room is through a private owner and not the hotel. For any and all questions regarding the room (i.e housekeeping, room service, etc.) the hotel will refer you to the owner. Owner is very friendly and communicative.

Everything was perfect. The condo was decorated very nice with all of the luxuries and so much more. The view was fantastic too and it was conviently located to everything. We will definitely be back...

We were in room 620 on the 20th floor. Towels and linens cheap and very scratchy(rough). Floor lamp next to couch and nearest sliding door in living room rotted out on bottom. Pillows worn out and horrible. Room needs channel guild to TV. Room needs check out procedures outlined in information books. Long waits encountered at front desk at all hours due to only one staff member. Pool hours need to be extended past 8 pm. Chair for balcony should be provided. Concierge should be available until later in the evening past 6 pm.

Under new management, no more service

We've been staying in Signature at MGM about 10 times since 2007. It used to be a good facility with wonderful service, until this time. Called in front desk, asking for 2 extra blankets for kid, it turned out they cannot help because we booked thru hotels.com and the room was managed by a different property management company. Cannot get the blankets until the next day because the service was gone for the day (like 4pm, :-)). And if you book room managed by this company (fallon...) be aware there will be no daily cleaning as you'd expect from Signature properties. I was told at check out that signature is now managed by 5 different companies, some of those (apparently fallon being one of them) are lacking certain basic services (daily cleaning, extra blankets). So it's better to book directly at Signature official site to make sure you get the room and service you want.

Great home away form home!

We booked a one bedroom at The Signature and couldn't have been happier. The room was well appointed with high end appliances, a spectacular view, a great whirlpool tub in the main bathroom (there were two bathrooms) and his and hers closets. It's more of an apartment feel than a hotel feel though access the MGM Grand and its amenities was only a shortish walk away. Access to the strip was completely indoors through the MGM Grand but a bit of a walk. Will definitely stay here again.
