This hostel has multiple aids or hiv persons living almost person not affected. Which I asked to place in another room which they refused me from not living with a aids persons. Also most of the rest of people living there are homeless and have serious drug problems which I have seen several broken glass pipe in the restroom and cigarettes smoked in the room. Only good thing it's (cheap) it's more like jail environment where everyone is crammed into one room when they are several empty rooms not being occupied. The housekeeping is just persons that live here that want a discounted rent not clean at all

Close to strip but not the safest neighborhood. You have to park in an empty dirt lot next to the building. If you are a woman make sure you stay in the female dormitory or get your own room.

Pour le prix et le concept de chambre à 8 personnes (ça peut ronfler), c’est très bien! La cour intérieure est vraiment super, l’Internet va bien, les consignes sont claires, l’accès est bien sécurisé. C’était sureprenament très calme. Côté propreté, c’est relativement bien, mais les douches ont du vécu et ça paraît. Le lavabo a été bloqué aussi, mais un des colocataires dans ma chambre a sa part de responsabilité. Il faut penser à apporter un cadenas, j’avais vu les lockers et cru qu’il y aurait des cadenas, mais non. Un peu de ma faute, c’est indiqué nulle part qu’il y en a! C’est loin du coeur de Vegas (ne le marchez pas, je l’ai regretté), dans un secteur assez délabré. Toutefois, ça se fait bien avec les bus, qui ne sont pas chers et relativement compréhensibles avec les applications (légèrement, car les arrêts inactifs restent dans l’app). Pour le secteur, ça peut être insécurisant pour certaines personnes, moins naïves que moi. Ça s’est bien passé. Pas trop loin, le café Dig It est super beau et bon! Bref, il ne faut pas s’attendre à un paradis avec un hostel à 14$/nuit, mais avoir à retourner à Vegas, je retournerais là, pour économiser et parce que ça fait l’affaire!

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I stayed in an all-female dorm and I felt safe; most of us were therw for When We Were Young Fest so I felt comfortable. I felt safe inside the property (gated with a code to allow entry), but there were some homeless around outside the property. I had no issues with them but just be aware of your surroundings. I would recommend wearing flip flops or some type of water-proof shoe in the shower.

The staff were very helpful. The kitchen needs more cooking and eating equipment. I couldn't even find a coffee mug. But the beds were comfy and the inner courtyard, which is passcode entry only, is a great place to hang out.

At Bungalows, the worker at the counter, named Anthony, was disrespectful with customers for example to me because I asked to see the bunk area but he refused saying it was company policy. I said i wanted to see where the bathroom was. He still refused. It's not state law to refuse a guest to see what he is paying for. I need ana outlet near the bed for my cpap machine. The bathroom close by for emergency. The locker area to protect my luggage that had camera equipment. They ended up stealing my deposit.

I love staying here when I’m in a hostel in Vegas. Lots of food spots and several 24 hour convenience stores nearby by. Safe place to stay and it feels like an oasis once you’re inside.
