"Room was clean; loud neighboring guests in middle of night and no staff answered phone call; automated check in; reserved a king premier room and got two queen beds when we got to the room- had to go back to lobby because no one answered our phone call and was told they were sold out of king beds; told to come back at 11 AM next day to get a king bed room for the next night- we were only staying 2 nights; bars in lobby did not have table service and had to go up to bar to get drinks though it was slow with 2 bartenders serving; not much staff nor security around and verbal fight between two guests by elevator that could have gotten worse. Luxor is OK if you don’t want customer care service and be on your own to care for what you need."
