「The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change. 「Very clean and staff was very helpful」

「Very nice room with solid amenities and accommodations」

「Do not stay here the pictures on Expedia are not the same pictures at the place. The place is completely outdated. If there are any nice rooms, they were not where you could see them. The shower had a hole behind the showerhead scratches and tears everywhere.」

「Clean and fairly new. Breakfast was hot, had a pool but no bar or happy hour」

「I was so happy when they accomodated my early check in and late checkout. Shuttle to the airport is a big plus.」

「Very nice」

「Great room! Comfy bed. Loved the fireplace especially during the rainy days we were there. Very cool property. Fun band, great food truck, awesome vibe. Really great coffee in the lobby. Plus a nice seating area and bar. Hot tub and sauna were unfortunately closed for a private event but looked lovely. Too chilly to enjoy the swim club, but I bet it’s pretty fun in the summer. Will definitely stay there again next trip to Santa Fe.」

「This hotel is very nice and the atmosphere is Santa Fe.」
