「Checked in at 2am after a grueling day to find our room stinking of cigarettes with a single towel left between 2 rooms with 6 travelers. Staff was able to get us more, but couldn’t offer a clean room. Cigarette burns in the bed sheets. One room didn’t have a garbage can and the shower curtain wasn’t big enough to cover the shower, which is a problem because the shower is just a small depression in the floor right next to the toilet. At check in, we added breakfast for our group, which wasn’t...

「The hotel itself is beautiful — modern, stylish, and surprisingly quiet even though my room was right next to the lift. The communal areas are bright and inviting. Unfortunately, the service didn’t match the quality of the space. On arrival the staff seemed moody and struggled with English, and I couldn’t pay for parking or even the soup I ordered (which was terrible). Checkout the next morning was chaotic: the receptionist’s laptop died, she was serving coffee while guests queued, and her...

「Unique accommodation (quirky even) from access via lock boxes (great!) to the space itself, multilevel with a separate sitting area and bathroom. The bed was massive and incredibly comfortable, a fan was provided to keep the room cool (it was 32C outside) and the shower was hot and powerful. There was a large flatscreen TV with lots of channel choices too. Breakfast was provided on a tray outside the room. If you like a non-invasive experience, in an old, stylish, unique property, in the centre...
