"After stayed at hotel for 10 days , we checked out for 1 week cruise , they are nice enough to kept some of our luggages for us till we returned from cruise.. When we check-in after the cruise , they surprised us by upgrade us to bigger room and provided us with complimentary breakfast for 5 days. "
