"The property was under construction, which caused a bit of chaos, but was manageable. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed was more firm than I like, but that's a personal preference thing. The smart tv only had netflix and YouTube on it, with no way to add other streaming services, which was disappointing. The building security was cumbersome to deal with. Guests can only access the floor their room is on. My party was split between two floors, making it unnecessary difficult to coordinate our activities and spend time together. The bar/restaurant in the hotel had decent food and very good coffee, but was very loud. I'll give them a bit of grace for the noise as it was St. Patrick's Day weekend and it's an irish pub. We were very disappointed to discover that the pub doesn't open on weekdays until 11 am, so there is no way to get coffee or breakfast without leaving the building. Unrelated, but good to know: there's a Wawa convenience store around the block for buying drinks and snacks. It saved us when we needed coffee and a quick breakfast."

"The A/C was broken and the room was too hot, the room temperature never went below 79 degrees even with the windows open. The TV remote was missing, had to go to the desk twice about it before we got a replacement that did not work."

"Rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked well. I loved the indoor space beside the breakfast area with koi pond. Lots of space inside the building. Good parking space. "

"Bathroom was dirty and the floor was falling apart at threshold of bathroom. Floor in room dirty. Looked like it had not seen a mop in weeks. Sticky areas on floor still there. Bed was ok, pillows horrible. Needs overhaul to walls clean paint! Rating 4/10. Stayed in a comfort inn in SC and it was drastically better."

"I stay at this hotel every time I am in town, which is at least a few times a year for several years now. Always had great experiences until this time. Several things were missing from the room and there were no blankets on the beds. I requested blankets twice and finally was brought an extra sheet for each bed. There were no signs in the room for no housekeeping request. The staff was not as friendly as usual. It was just not the same as my normal experience. I may look for a new go to property in the area for my next stay. "
