"The day before & the day of, we get an email from the property reminding us of our arrival. We also receive a thank you email w/a receipt. My husband and I were very impressed when we first entered the lobby. We're both greeted as we were approaching the front desk. We stayed twice, the 1st time, a sincere and warm greet by a gentleman (I forgot his name) welcomed me and my husband and asked us if this was our 1st time staying here, we replied yes, and he handed us a bottle of water and a complimentary bag of assorted candies. The room was clean and so was the ac/heater filter. I sometimes check them before turning them on at hotels, due to my allergies. I was impressed! Spotless! The carpet felt clean, it didn't feel grimey when walking barefooted. Our 2nd visit was Saturday, I believe his name was Diego. Again, we were both greeted with a smile immediately, as we entered the lobby. The check in was quick, yet thorough. Our room was not a disappointment. The room was clean and the king bed was more than comfortable. They offer complimentary breakfast in the mornings with eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, assorted bagels, danishes, muffins, milks, yogurts and variety of juices and teas. They also have a grill outside with tables you can sit and eat in front of the fireplace. They have a gym, a computer station, and a very clean laundry room. There is plenty of parking and the staff is very professional and helpful! We enjoy staying here. I definitely give them 5stars "

"Thia was my very first time using the motel 6 in lancaster. From the moment i got there and got to the window (it was like 430 am) Shana was the most sweetest woman i have ever met there. She had major compassion. She was very sweet and accomodating. She made my hotel experience the best that ive ever had in my entire life. She is the go to for check in with. Fast easy check in. I will for sure be back in less than 2 weeks to lancaster. Each time i come out there which is pretty frequent i will use this specific motel 6 because of shana. No matter where the distance from anything else i need to get done in lancaster (I hope im spelling her name right). Management needs to know that she is the best and most qualified.."

"First of all, the room with a king bed was huge! In addition to the comfortable bed, there was a sitting chair, coffee table and a big desk with a drawer that becomes a mousepad. While the furniture was a little worn the room smelled clean. The bathroom was basic but clean with nice hot water and excellent water pressure. "
