「tape around the AC heating unit.The smell in our room,No elevator on the premises.Bath tub looked chipped in areas.This hotel needs a make over!!!」

「we enjoyed the views from the deck and bar watching all the boats on saturday. Our first check in the clerk attempted to charge us a second time for the night, even though it had already been paid through expedia but later that was fixed.」

「We just returned from our long road trip and checked that we actually booked for a Ground Floor room (i.e. higher price than the room we got on the 2nd floor), but we didn't remember at the time we checked in because we booked it more than a month ago and we booked for more that 10 hotels for this trip. When we checked in, I asked the receptionist twice if she has a room in the ground floor but she said "we all booked", which mean they gave our booked room to someone else. I contacted the hotel...
