「Had a quick 1 night stay here. Super fast and friendly check in. Walking distance to a shopping center. Plenty of parking. Just a little out dated but still a comfy stay.」

「良好」

「A very bad experience. The shower drain in the room was clogged, and the front desk staff were completely expressionless, communicating with a sullen face throughout, and were very impatient. The breakfast buffet was almost empty, and the staff just stood there expressionlessly watching, not replenishing the food until I pointed it out, at which point they reluctantly went to get more. In short, the experience was terrible, and I will never stay at this hotel again.」

「One of the rooms was not cleaned on the day we checked in. One of the beds was not made when cleaning after check in.」

「很好」

「I brought my child to the competition, but I didn't expect that the sound insulation effect was so bad. It was the sound of vehicles on the highway all night! I can't sleep at all! And breakfast, it's so bad! This is my first and last time to stay! Completely fooled by the picture!」

「Excellent customer service, from Valet, front desk, to Bellhop. Top notch customer service, best out of all casino resort properties that we’ve been to! Thank you Veigas Casino!」
