「The service was terrible. When checking in there was only one staff member and there was a line. There was also a misunderstanding with my reservation as I had booked 3 rooms but staff could only find 1. The bedsheets were not clean and when I tried calling the lobby to complain no one was answering. 」

「The facility is in need of major rehabilitation. It is old, dingy, walls need extensive repairs and painting. The staff however, were very friendly and helpful.」

「Everything was perfect. Kiana was so knowledgeable and great at checking in. Lori was a phenomenal breakfast attendant. The manager was on site checking everything out. It was the best.」

「Taylor at front desk was terrific from checking in to checking out. Staff in restaurant and bar were amazing as well. I have stayed at this Hilton Garden Inn over the last 20ty years and always perfect. The only thing I would fix would be the lighting in bathroom. It us horrible for getting ready and putting on makeup.」

「This is an older hotel. The lobby and hallways were not air conditioned. The room itself was comfortable and well air conditioned. The hotel does not do regular housekeeping. We asked for our room to be cleaned the second day. No cleaning was done but towels were stocked. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. The hotel was centrally located to restaurants and stores.」

「The hostess laughed when I asked what the breakfast was like. I understood why the next morning. Shower was stained, found trash around the room, and the bed was the creakiest thing I've ever slept on.」

「Staff was pleasant and helpful. Ice machine was down due to recent power outage from severe weather and staff obtained ice from kitchen for me (above and beyond effort).」

「The exterior of the property was clean. I had to request housekeeping as soon as I checked in. There was crumbs under the desk and under the desk next to the beds. The hallways smelled like a dirty dish rag. Especially next to the vents. Breakfast was great! The dining area was clean as well.」
