Staff were fantastic. The room could use some updates as the faucet in the bathroom sink seemed worn out. It would randomly shut itself off while washing hands. Overall nice quiet hotel and we would stay there again.

The room was ok. I booked a king suite and received a king handicap suite. Didn’t notice a difference until I went to take a shower and by that time I wasn’t changing rooms. Just lucky I am short. Bathroom sink faucet was messed up. Shampoo and conditioner coming out of the wall the screws weee missing so it was hanging. I didn’t inform the hotel but figured you get what you pay for. Garbage outside around the entrances other than that safe spot and friendly staff. They did accommodate me in asking for a late check out so that was appreciated.

Stay was okay. Our room’s bathroom sink lever did not stay up when trying to use it. So, that did not make it easy to wash hands or brush teeth. However, we only stayed a night, so, we just made it work. Also, the bedroom’s TV was not working properly as when we tried to search channels there was a poor connection. Lastly, my family and I went to the pool and although the water was warm and that was a positive for my children, we could see that the pull was dirty and some debris was in it. Overall, the continental breakfast wasn’t bad and the coffee was surprisingly good. The location in Merriville is convenient as it was around similar hotels as well as close to plenty of shopping and dining.

It was not worth the money and I stayed for two nights. The pool area was not clean with hair and food on the floor, but the pool was clean but cold until my body got use to it the website mentioned heated pool very misleading. I was not able to take the free breakfast to my room a hotel attendant took a bag of unwashed apples and dumped them into a bowl so I did not eat the breakfast the following day. Lastly peeling paint was hanging above the hotel shower head in the room I was occupying. I really enjoyed the pool and got in every chance I had. Friendly hotel attendants very welcoming.

It was a good hotel for a third world nation. Poorest breakfast I have ever seen. In the middle of remodeling so it was not clean. Coffee was very good. Employees very friendly. They need to raise their standards.

Pet friendly room, but floors were in poor shape, part of the curtains were torn off the brackets, room was not the cleanest (sheets and bathroom with hair). Very noisy room. We were awoken by people knocking on and slamming doors throughout the night. Outside area with trash in the grass when walking the dogs. Would not stay again. Front desk staff was pleasant however.

Great staff!

We stay here every year for our annual family vacation. Its truly a wonderful stay. Staff are great and responsive to whatever we need. Our bathroom was beautifully remodeled this year.

The pool was open when I got there, but closed the third day of my four day stay. I did plan to have the grandbaby over to swim so that sucked but it was for a leak above (good reason). Otherwise, I thought this was a good stay. Staff were super nice and helpful and welcoming. They serve actual hot breakfast plus grab n go. I didn’t see anyone other than when walking my dog, so I appreciated the privacy and placement of my room.

The staff were super nice and helpful. The only downside was the pool not being as heated, and maybe possibly add a hot tub? Also, the bathroom needs to be throughly cleaned or change the surrounding and fill the cracks. Overall, the suite was nice and not like perfect but good!
